Patterned

The industry leader in this category, AFG Glass offers more than a dozen classic patterned solutions—as well as five innovative Heavy Krystal products—to meet a spectrum of applications in the commercial, residential, and specialty glass industries. Rolled glass solutions from AFG are used in shower doors and tub enclosures—including frameless shower doors—as well as interior partitions, translucent door and window treatments, foyers, and vestibules. Edgework

AFG’s specialty glass capabilities include customized edgework—which can lend the perfect decorative detail to many glass installations.

Edgework applications include automotive windows, bath and shower enclosures, tabletops and other furniture with exposed edges, and storefronts. Wherever a glass edge is exposed, AFG Glass can add a variety of edge treatments to create a unique decorative element that combines form with function.

Edgework can be applied to virtually any AFG primary glass product that measures more than 1/4" in thickness, and AFG’s laminated solutions can also be decoratively edged. Glasses with edgework can be subsequently heat-treated for special applications.

While the most common edgework requested by AFG Glass customers is ground flat polishing and high flat polishing, AFG can work with customers to create unique, customized edge designs that provide the perfect finishing touch to their specific glass application.
