Housing: One piece, robotically seam welded, hole free 20-gauge CRS? stainless steel or aluminum construction. Each are only 4.5 inches tall. ?, CRS housings are only available for Surface installation.
Door Frame: 20-gauge Aluminum or type 304 stainless steel channel door frame hinged to housing with two stainless steel cables. Secured by captive stainless steel screws. See Options for 85 PSI rating (HD85).
Reflector: Die formed metal with high reflectance white polyester powder coat finish. (minimum reflectivity 92%).
Gaskets: Neoprene, 100% pure, closed cell located at interface of door to housing and door to lens. See Option ”GG”ќ for SealPro™ NSF Listed closed cell gasketing.
Lens: High durability .135”ќ thick virgin acrylic with P12 prismatic pattern inverted. Sealed to Door with NSF listed RTV silicone. See ”Options”ќ for other choices.
Lamps: Up to six T8, T5 or T5HO lamps. (Consult factory for six T5HO restrictions).
Electrical: Standard ballast - Electronic <10% THD high performance instant start universal voltage (120-277 volt). Suitable for through wiring.
Finish: Gloss white high reflectance 1000 hr. salt spray polyester powder coat finish standard for all housings and Aluminum doorframes. Stainless steel doorframes are satin polished unless option WHT is chosen. Consult factory for satin polished housings.
Installation: Flanged: Adjustable toggle arm mounting standard. Supply entry via 1/2”ќ trade size flattened and silicone sealed knockouts. Installation: Grid: Standard luminaires accommodate 1.0”ќ & 1.5”ќ and some 2.0”ќ T-Bar Grid. Installation: Surface: Four .312”ќ dia. mounting holes and a removable gasketed wiring access plate.
Listings: UL and CUL listed for wet Location. Dust and water resistance rated IP-55. Optional NSF -C2 listed for non-food zone. Certified ISO-14644-1 classes 5 to 9 Fed. Std. 209E Class 100.
