As the energy needs increase for today’s high powered servers so does the heat load that they produce. That’s why, today more than ever, the need for high velocity grating panels and perforated panels exist. Computer Floors is capable of accommodating the air flow requirements for all data centers new and old.

ASM Accel-Air:

The ASM Accel-Air die-cast aluminum grate panel is on the leading edge of air flow panels. The unique design of the Accel-Air grate provides a high strength 1,500 lb concentrated load rating while maintaining 56% open area for maximum air flow. In addition, the 100% die-cast aluminum construction of the grate panel and its optional aluminum slide damper, allows the Accel-Air to remain extremely light weight.

Infinity ISG55-15:

The Infinity ISG55-15 (1,500 lb.) powder coated steel slotted grate panel is a true innovation for the extreme air flow requirements of today’s data center. With an available open area of 55%, the ISG55-15 has many “bells and whistles” that other just can’t provide. Through the use of corner levelers, the Infinity grate becomes a “universal” grate with its ability to adapt to almost all systems, regardless of their age, while ensuring a flush transition to surrounding panels. The Infinity ISG55-15 also provides end user friendliness with an integrated lift handle built into every grate panel as well as the unique optional Quad-Slide damper.

ASM AF200:

The ASM AF200 standard perforated computer floor panel offers the ability to match the finish of the solid computer floor panels while providing 25% open area for the areas that are not under extreme heat loads.
