Product Description: It's attracted more Hollywood babes than Warren Beatty, had more drinks spilled on it than Lindsay Lohan and soaked up more LA sun than George Hamilton - it's TerraMai's latest batch of reclaimed Ipe! We reclaimed this material from the storied SkyBar at the Mondrian Los Angeles Hotel in West Hollywood. This Ipe served as the decking for the SkyBar's pool and outdoor lounge area. This decking is now being replaced by TerraMai‹Ё«s reclaimed Teak, a sustainable, ethical option to new rainforest-cut Ipe. As part of this remodel project, TerraMai has reclaimed the former Ipe deck and is giving it a second life, which we hope is just as glamorous. Either with its weathered grey-brown patina or remilled to reveal its natural sienna-brown color, this material makes for incredible cladding for one-of-a-kind feature walls. The surfaced material also makes incredibly durable and gorgeous flooring. And contrary most things Hollywood, this reclaimed Ipe is the real deal, unlike other ‹Ё«reclaimed Ipe‹Ё« currently on the market, which is actually mixed tropical hardwood species (ask for test results from a certified wood anatomist when considering this material).
