Quarried since the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, Brathay Blue Black is a hard sedimentary slate formed under intense pressure. Characterized by a fine golden thread, originally an iron pyrites deposit, this consistent and versatile slate exhibits a dense blue-black body of colour.
Readily available in a range of standard tile sizes or custom cut to your requirements, Brathay Blue Black is suitable for the most demanding applications both inside or out.
