The unit is molded with a seat support ledge along the back wall for the fold down seat. The fold down seat offers some unique advantages. The security of a full depth bench seat and when folded up has a naughahyde cushion fastened to the underside for use as a headrest while the bather is seated inside the tub. The fold down seat is permanently attached and is easily accessible from within or outside the tub. The tub/shower module shall be pre-drilled for a valve and a hand-held shower head when factory supplies components. The factory supplied components are to include one 39" stainless steel horizontal grab bar, one 20" stainless steel horizontal grab bar, two 16" stainless steel vertical grab bar, a fold-up wheelchair transfer seat with white phenolic bench, and a stainless steel curtain rod. The unit is thermoformed from a solid color Lucite XL high gloss acrylic sheet into a one piece, totally seamless unit. This unit is reinforced on the back with a composite matrix which has a backside fire rating of "A" and a flame spread of 25.
