Raising the bar for luxury kitchens, Venus features state-of-the-art technology, including a patented energy-saving lighting system that is the result of applied automotive research. Inspired by Venus, the Goddess of Beauty, this sexy design is characterized by symmetrical curves that play with the juxtaposition of stainless steel surfaces, bright-colored lacquered doors and ebony wood. A stylish addition is offered by the new “Microtouch” finish option, a first in kitchen design: a micro fiber applied to the aluminum honeycomb panel doors and treated with a tanning process in water which guarantees appearance and texture similar to leather and is eco-friendly, extremely resistant and easy to clean.
The energy-saving Venus lighting system is an application of automotive technology consisting of LED lights fitted closely together in a thin aluminum shelf. This guarantees: 1) uniform and controlled diffusion of light; 2) considerable reduction of the emitted heat; 3) 83% power saving compared to halogen lights; 4) 10 times higher durability than regular bulbs.
The island can integrate food preparation, cooking and washing areas and is equipped with a practical breakfast table/snack bar. Utensils can be fitted on the sloped surface of the island countertop. The large pantry units can provide ample storage and house appliances, which can be therefore hidden away when not in use, to give the space a more elegant look.
