Faveton's CERAM is a double-skinned terracotta cladding tile that is specifically designed for drained and back ventilated rainscreen cladding designs. CERAM combines the timeless beauty and warmth of extruded terracotta with the technical performance of a cutting-edge rainscreen cladding material. The tile's characteristic honey-combed inner cavity and lowest classification of water absorption allows it to be both impact and pollution resistant - the perfect cladding for high traffic areas.
In order to be as versatile and adaptive as possible, CERAM is available in different formats, with heights that range from 8" to 20" and lengths of up to 60".
Of particular interest is CERAM's extensive color pallet, with diverse variety of colors and special finishes, including glazed and metallic surfaces. In addition to having one of the most varied standard color pallets available, custom colors are available upon request.
Both adaptable and versatile, Faveton's CERAM is easily installed using the concealed clip engineered system solutions for terracotta designed by ALLFACE Smart Fixing Systems. Coupled with a fully engineered rainscreen cladding substructure, the CERAM Terracotta Rainscreen System integrates well with other sustainable cladding materials and offers designers the timeless clay medium with which to articulate their contemporary rainscreen cladding vision.
