Notoriously, undertow is a dangerous under current of water, a subject J.P. knows all too well after spending his life in the ocean. The sharp visual affect of the sandblasting, coupled with the various sized pieces of glass - some on their sides - conveys clearly the threat of the undertow, yet captures a sense of calmness and beauty, much like water.
Intricate color application and surface finish. Set of two pieces.
