Semi-Rigid “pick resistant” epoxy designed for maximum protection in vertical and horizontal caulking applications.
Prison-Loc is a low modulus epoxy gel used for security caulking. Prison-Loc allows for up to 25% elongation.
USE
Primarily used in prisons, correctional facilities, court houses and police lock-up areas to provide a higher degree of protection than is found in tradition high modulus epox
ies. It is specifically designed as a security sealant where
materials need to be pick resistant.

APPLICATION
Apply by use of conventional bulk loading caulking gun, automatic dispensing equipment or disposable dispenser. Treat as you
would any sealant, specifically by the use of a bond
breaker tape or backer rod. Tooling is necessary to aid in adhesion, eliminate air
bubbles and give a highly desirable con-cave appearance. Remove the excess and clean spills and tools immediately upon completion of installation. After epoxy has become tacky, excess may be removed with a knife or other sharp edge tool. After cure, indirect heat will assist in cutting desired consistency.
