Bookcase/Base

This Bookcase/Base serves as both bookcase and base for sculpture. It is made of welded aircraft aluminum and is finished with a satin-steel powdercoat. It stands 30" high x 12" x 13" and can be expanded to a width of 36". Each shelf is a different size. The largest at the bottom is 12" with the next two being 10.5" and 9" respectively. The shelves all slant toward the back to enable easy reading of the spines. This unit has a closed back to give it a more sculpted appearance and is intended to be placed in space rather than against a wall.
