How do I upload a product?
To upload a product, login to your account, and type the product name in the ‘add product’ box. The system will guide you through adding tags, description, images and attachments to the product.
How can I delete a product?
To delete a product, click ‘delete product’ from the product listing on the products page.
How many products can I add to my account?
Suppliers can add an infinite number of products to their accounts.
What are tags?
Tags can be anything and everything a supplier thinks will help surface his/her product. This is a flexible tool that provides suppliers the opportunity to include intuitive search criterion into a product listing that might not be included otherwise.
How can I upload images of my products?
When uploading a new product, suppliers are given the option to upload images as well. To upload images to an existing product just click ‘edit product’ from the product listing and follow the prompts on the ‘upload images’ section of the edit page.
How do I upload files to my products?
Suppliers are given the option to add files to products each time they upload a new product. To upload files to existing products, simply click ‘edit product’ from the product listing and upload any files you would like to add to the product. Files may be specification sheets, cad drawings, word documents, excel spreadsheets or anything else you wish to add.
How can I see if my products are being viewed by designers?
Designer Pages provides suppliers will real-time stats to track product exposure. Simply login to your account and click on the stats link from the dashboard to access this information.
How do I maximize my product’s findability?
In the near future, suppliers will be able to purchase sponsorship space to broadcast products on the dashboard and products pages. For more information, please send an email to sponsor@designerpages.com.
Can other suppliers browse my products?
Yes, all community members - both designers and suppliers - can search for products on Designer Pages.
