What is Designer Pages?

Designer Pages is the Architecture and Design trade’s new interactive online connection to the latest design products with up-to-date specifications. This collaborative community bridges the gap between designers and suppliers so that professionals can spend less time product hunting and more time on their craft. Suppliers post and maintain all product listings, so getting in touch with them is just a mouse-click away.

What makes Designer Pages the preferred choice for online product management?

Designer Pages is a live social application that offers smart product listings. The system constantly updates based on traffic, popularity and supplier activity. Designers are not only provided with up-to-date product info — now, they are directly tied to product suppliers.

What are the hidden costs?

There are absolutely no hidden costs. Designer Pages encourages designers to set up an account, create workspaces and strengthen relationships with industry professionals and clients at no charge. Likewise, suppliers are urged to create free comprehensive product listings.

How do I register for an account?

You will need an invitation from a current Designer Pages community member in order to register for your new account. This helps maintain a professionally exclusive network amongst members of the trade. Designer Pages also welcomes new members who do not already have a formed connection; send an invitation request to invite@designerpages.com. Please provide a bit of information about yourself including your company name, location and business type.

How do I cancel my account?

If you would like to cancel your account please send an e-mail to account@designerpages.com.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, login to your account and click the ‘settings’ link from the top right corner of the dashboard. Then select the ‘change password’ option.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I login?

You can easily retrieve a forgotten password by selecting the ‘I forgot my password’ link from the login screen.

Is my email address visible to other users?

Designer Pages will only show your email address to users whom are saved as contacts in your account; no one else can see your email address.

How can I ensure confidentiality and that my data is safe?

Accounts are password protected. Only you know your password.

How can I protect my privacy?

Designer Pages is a social application created to facilitate product information exchange within the A+D trades. However, it’s very important that you are comfortable with your presence in this community. Use the privacy preferences to control how other users interact with you. Login to your account and click the ‘settings’ link from the top right corner of the dashboard. Then select the ‘privacy’ option.

Does Designer Pages offer customized or upgraded accounts?

Designer Pages will be releasing premium enterprise accounts with more robust feature sets starting in the Fall of 2007.

How do I edit my profile?

To update your profile, login to your account, and click the ‘settings’ link at the top right corner of any page.

How do I upload a photo or logo for my profile?

To upload a photo or logo, login to your account, and click the ‘settings’ link at the top right corner of any page. Then select the ‘update photo or logo’ option.
